This assignment made me think about all the different interfaces that we use on a daily basis and how changing what we get used to can upset some of us, but most of the time these changes are for the best.

The experts at Microsoft do continuous research to see what ALL of their need or want. That's one reason it takes so long to develop new software. They produce BETAs to test their products and constantly put out upgrades to fix problems or to simply make their products better.
